Go See The City is looking for an innovative Marketing Director to oversee our Marketing Department. We are searching for an individual who can contribute to our growing company. As the Director of Marketing, your responsibilities will include developing brand and marketing strategies, creating content, setting and achieving targets, and fostering relationships with the media and clients. You should excel at building connections with diverse professionals. Your role involves designing, executing, and monitoring effective marketing strategies aligned with our company goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong marketing background and experience managing various promotional projects from start to finish, including paid advertising campaigns, as well as digital and print marketing techniques. The Director of Marketing will report directly to the CEO. To be successful in this role, you should be highly professional, capable of both independent and team-oriented work, skilled at multitasking, self-motivated, and creative. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic planning. Ultimately, your aim is to ensure that the Marketing department’s efforts contribute to our company’s short and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan aimed to increase brand awareness
• Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
• Strategies and create marketing plans to enable us to expand quickly in new markets
• Handle strategic brand management, set goals, conduct market research, and help create and maintain a desirable image of the company
• Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
• Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
• Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO
• Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and support lead generation.
• Recruit, train, and manage a marketing team or coordinate with freelancers and agencies to execute marketing initiatives as well as forecasting needs for marketing personnel
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
• Monitoring industry trends and scheduling meetings to share new information with the team
• Identify potential risks and challenges in marketing initiatives and proactively develop contingency plans.
• Setting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets, and implementing various incentives to ensure they are achieved.
• Closely monitoring competitors’ successes and failures and learning from them.
• Supervising marketing events and launches and using these spaces to network with industry professionals.
• Assisting with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring that resources are allocated wisely for maximum ROI
• Explore potential partnerships and collaborations that can help the startup expand its reach or gain credibility.
Handle PR activities, including media outreach, press releases, and managing the startup’s public image.

ELIGIBILITY:
• Proven Work Experience as a Marketing Director, or another senior role
• Demonstrable Experience Designing and Implementing Successful Marketing Campaigns
• Strong Social Media Campaign Experience
• Solid Knowledge of SEO and Web Analytics Social Media
• Experience with CRM software and Digital Marketing Tools and Techniques
