COMMUNITY LIAISON
GO See The City seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader and Community Liaison to join our team at GO See The City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our presence and impact in the Gainesville, FL market. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with local businesses and nonprofits, facilitating partnerships, and driving the adoption of our innovative food waste reduction platform.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage Field Marketing Reps
-Identify and target potential business partners, including restaurants, grocery stores, and food service establishments, to promote and sign up for our platform.
-Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, visiting prospective locations, executing pop-up events and relationship-building activities.
-Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our platform’s features and benefits to potential clients.
-Collaborate with local nonprofits and community organizations to raise awareness about our mission and platform.
-Actively engage with local events, workshops, and meetings to establish GO See The City as a key player in the food waste reduction and community-building space.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing partners, ensuring their successful utilization of our platform.
-Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive partner acquisition and engagement.
-Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
-Work along with our city partners to meet milestones and give updates.
-Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners.
-Represent GO See The City at community events, and other relevant forums.
-Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements & Skills:
-Be able to work outdoors for 80% of the position
-Ability to identify and engage potential partners, focusing on door-to-door and field marketing.
-Plan and execute field marketing activities, including door-to-door and pop-up events.
-Be able to present platform benefits effectively in person.
-Know how to maintain client relationships and ensure platform use.
-Be able to participate in local events to promote our mission.
-Skilled with exceptional customer support and track client acquisition.
-Collaborate with marketing for measurable results.
-Lead Field Marketing Representatives and strategize campaign outcomes.
-Analyze the target market for growth opportunities.
-Adapt to evolving role needs and perform extra duties.
-Represent the company at local events.
-Maintain strong client relationships and achieve milestones
